The Markets and Foodservice division represent c£300 of Dole UK revenue and covers 24 geographical locations across the UK.
During 2019 Dole UK introduced a Shared Service Centre for preparation of financial information to support both the Markets and Foodservice operations. To date 15 profit centres have migrated their management accounts function to the SSC with a further 7 planned in 2023.
Following migration, the company have identified inconsistent processes and controls across the various profit centres. This role will be responsible for reviewing existing Finance processes, developing new processes/controls in a consistent format across all profit centres and subsequently training the finance team.
